Last updated: 20 May 2026
Quick Catch is developed and maintained by Harry Hasson Lynch as an independent developer. By downloading or using Quick Catch, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the app
Quick Catch is a rowing training tracker intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
2. Subscription and payments
Quick Catch offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
3. Your data
All training data you log in Quick Catch is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. Quick Catch is not liable for any data loss resulting from app deletion, device failure, or OS updates.
4. HealthKit
Quick Catch can read and write data to Apple HealthKit with your permission. You can revoke this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health. Quick Catch will not use HealthKit data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
Quick Catch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Training data, zone calculations, AI-generated plans, and any performance estimates are for informational purposes only — they are not medical or professional coaching advice. Always consult a qualified coach or medical professional before making significant changes to your training.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harry Hasson Lynch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Quick Catch, including but not limited to injury, data loss, or missed training targets.
7. Changes to the app or these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated "last updated" date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
