Zones are bands of your 2k power (UT2 55–65%, UT1 65–75%, AT 75–85%, TR 85–95%, AN 95–110%) converted back to a split with the same pace/power relationship as the split calculator. This gives pace targets for planning a session — it's a different model from the app's own zone classification, which uses your actual heart rate rather than a static table.
Quick Catch classifies every session's zone automatically from heart rate, watts, or split, then shows where your training time actually goes across a season. See Zone Analytics.
